What I learned this week:
Sales is hard. Cold outreach doesn't really work all that well, unless it's at massive scale.
I've gotta keep experimenting, and I have the best list of potential customers possible - if you watch the past live stream you'll get that.
But just emailing people blindly isn't going to help. I need to find a way to get in front of their eyes, and find them when they're having the problem.
I found our first clients for Unnamed Agency through a Facebook post and a solid referral.
I wonder if there's a way to do that in this case. I've started googling anyone that has problems with the Substack landing pages, and I'm hoping I can answer enough questions so people eventually start to naturally find me.
I'll need a better landing page.
